406 Tarpon is a two story oceanfront home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This five bedroom, three bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of beach life at Fripp. Features include an open living and dining area, brand new porch furniture (2015), an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, flat screen TV's and DVD's in each bedroom, high speed wireless internet. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers stunning porch views of the ocean. This house rents for a minimum of 4 days in winter, spring and fall and 7 days in peak season.

A golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also included with your rental are up to 14 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
