18 Veranda Beach is a modern, thoughtfully decorated, two-story home with a two-car garage, conveniently located on the south end of Fripp Island. Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home. Perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to Cabana Club and Wardle's Landing, with Island Bites, Sandbar, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, and more just a short golf cart ride away. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. All 3 bathrooms in this home have a tub shower combo. Also located upstairs is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway upstairs. Lastly, the main floor has a 2-queen bedroom with a shared hallway bath for easy access.

Features include updated appliances in the newly renovated kitchen including a gas stove and a Ninja air fryer. Newly decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Smart TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed wireless internet (this property is streaming only). Propane barbecue AND fireplace allow you to enjoy the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The 2-car garage has a full-size ping pong table with room to park 1 car on the left side of the garage. Fully furnished large back porch.

The View:

Step out onto the back porch for your morning coffee and look out into the Lowcountry marshland. Take a walk down the road to the cabana club to hang out at the pools or pick up a bite to eat or drink.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Spacious

Wonderful home with three nice size bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was equipped well. Nice back porch with fans for evening sitting. Home within walking distance to the pool, A/C worked well. Nice having a washer and dryer for towels and dirty clothes.

The property was exactly as described. I took the mail floor bedroom while my grown daughters moved in upstairs. It was perfectly furnished, exactly as described and in the photos. There were great appliances in the kitchen and the beds could not have been more comfortable. Loved the outdoor porch and the availability of a golf cart. The weather was fabulous, the pool overlooking the ocean was sublime and the convenience to Beaufort for dinner and shopping was perfect. We stopped on the way home from dinner to view the amazing sunset of red over the marsh. There were plenty of deer to see and a few alligators visible along the way. A lot of birds and wildlife were a bonus. It was so relaxing we never turned on a television although there were several in the home. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and spices, even knives. Would highly recommend this home for everything it has to offer!

Well stocked

Everything we ever needed!

The owners of Beachwalk Bungalow at 18 Veranda Beach on Fripp Island have thought of everything. I felt like I was staying in my own home! From the well appointed kitchen (with brand new appliances) to the most comfortable beds and pillows of any short term rental I’ve ever visited, this home truly has it all! It’s an easy walk to the Cabana Club and a bike ride or golf cart ride to everything Fripp has to offer. We really enjoyed our evening golf cart rides to enjoy the sunset and see the wildlife. I would stay in this home again in a heartbeat!! You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into designing this home and appointing it for short term renters to enjoy!

Want to rent here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this house with my friend. The Decour the time she put into every detail was perfection. The bedrooms were so big so beautiful again I love her Decour throughout the whole house the back porch was amazing sitting out watching the sunset. Had everything you needed The golf cart was amazing to get take us to the beach. They had a ping pong table downstairs so if you have kids what a fun time for them. Definitely want to rent this on my own next time with my family. Five stars for sure.
