417 Wahoo is a spacious two-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath home is newly updated with hardwood floors throughout the first floor, remodeled bathrooms, and new furniture. It comfortably accommodates up to 17 people and offers stunning porch views of hole 16 of the Ocean Creek Golf Course from the screened-in porch.

417 Wahoo is a large multi-family home perfect for reunions, weddings, group vacations, and golf groups. There are a total of 12 beds in the property, with a bonus room located above the garage. The main house boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new cabinets and pulls. Full sized appliances will make you feel at home. Through the living room is the Carolina room which flows into a screened-in porch overlooking the Ocean Creek Golf Course.

Starting in the main house, the primary bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaking tub and walk in shower. 1 guest bedroom is located on the 1st floor as well, it has an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. Upstairs in the main house are 4 bedrooms. These bedrooms share two full bathrooms with a tub shower combo. The bed layout includes 2 queens, 1 king, a full bunk bed, a twin bunk bed & single twin.

Lastly, the bonus room above the garage has a bedroom and bath allowing for privacy when needed. There is a king bed and a full bathroom with tub and shower combo. There is also a small kitchen in the bonus room allowing for separate living arrangements if needed. This kitchen has a sink, microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge with an icemaker.

Features of the property include TVs in all bedrooms and living room (8 tv's in total). All tv's have a Roku streaming stick allowing access to your favorite streaming applications. High speed wireless internet throughout the property. Undercounter icemaker in the kitchen along with one in the fridge will help you stay cool. The kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker along with full size appliances bringing you the luxuries of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic needs if you decide to stay in and cook. There is an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup and a propane grill located in the courtyard. The left side of the garage is available for use and will fit 1 car or golf cart.

Notes About the Home:

1. You will use the code provided to open the bonus room entry door. Upon entering the bonus room, you will see a key on the counter. This key will unlock the main part of the home!

2. There are a total of 4 bedrooms upstairs. Both of the main bedroom's upstairs are "pass through bedrooms", which means you will have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the 3rd and 4th bedroom.

3. There is room to park 3-4 cars/golf carts at the property. If you need more room to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is right down the road. Please go into the pro shop and let them know that you will be parking there for the duration of your stay.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
