Welcome to Hidden Treasure, a private lakefront retreat on beautiful Blue Heron Lake, featuring sweeping water views and 165 feet of private shoreline. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers front-row lake views and abundant wildlife, with beach access less than five minutes away by golf cart. Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably, Hidden Treasure is an ideal getaway for families and groups seeking both peaceful Lowcountry scenery and quick, easy access to the beach and resort amenities.

Step through the welcoming two-story foyer into a vaulted great room with panoramic lake views. Herons, osprey, and deer can be seen from nearly every room as they move through the lakeside landscape throughout the day. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious 10-foot island—perfect for preparing family meals or fresh local seafood. Dine indoors with lake views or cook out on the Weber gas grill and gather on the large, screened in porch with ceiling fans and a Bluetooth sound system.

The main level offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The lake-view primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with water views. Two additional guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom, with one offering a queen and twin bed and the other featuring a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunks. Upstairs, a spacious private suite offers a king bed, sitting area with a full-size futon, and a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a screened porch and an expansive lakeside patio featuring a gas fire pit and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Modern conveniences include high-speed 1GB Wi-Fi, a laptop printer for remote work, and Smart TVs in the family room and all four bedrooms. Beach chairs and a cooler are provided for easy beach days.

Blue Heron Lake is intended for scenic enjoyment only; swimming, boating, and fishing are not permitted on the lake, with many excellent options for all three available throughout the island.

A four-seat golf cart is included, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the island and reach multiple beach access points in under five minutes. The rental also includes up to 12 resort guest cards—a value of up to $600—required for access to restaurants and bars, pools, golf, pickleball, tennis, and the fitness center.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates. Open Layout
The loved the open layout of the house. The kitchen is full with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The location is perfect and on the quiet side of the island. We will definitely stay here again!

Wildlife

Hidden Treasure Indeed!
We were impressed as soon as we opened the front door. The house was beautifully decorated, and so inviting. The home was exceptionally clean, and accommodating throughout. It is equipped with everything any family could need. The kitchen, cookware and dishes,, small appliances, and laundry/cleaning supplies covered every need. This home was very comfortable for our group of 10 people. The open living room and screen porch are both very spacious. The open concept offered great space for the family to watch movies, play board games, or work puzzles. The house has been wired for sound throughout. This pleasantly and unexpected feature provided the perfect venue for our family favorite; round after round of very competitive Karaoke! With 3 full bathrooms, necessary space was always available when needed. The location of the house is ideal to all that lovely Fripp Island has to offer. All communication with the property managers was excellent. We received prompt replies, and they were always very courteous. We plan to always stay at this home, whenever possible. We will return each year for our Fripp Island Family Retreat. : )
