Upon entering, you're welcomed by a spacious entryway designed for easy island living—perfect for dropping beach bags, unloading groceries, or simply taking a moment to unwind.

The main level serves as the heart of the home and features a large open-concept living space, highlighted by vaulted shiplap ceilings with exposed beams, creating a bright and airy coastal feel. The well-appointed kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including an undercounter icemaker, and elegant gray cabinetry. Multiple dining options make gathering effortless, including a breakfast table seating six, a dining table for eight, and four barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where a plush sectional sofa affords two walls of windows that allow for a panoramic view of the surrounding natural beauty of the beach, Skull Inlet, Pritchard's Island, and beautiful marshes.

Just off the living room, a spacious screened porch invites outdoor living at its best. Equipped with a Big Green Egg, gas grill, dining table, and multiple seating areas, this space is ideal for al fresco meals and evening gatherings. An open deck beyond the screened porch provides the perfect perch for taking in spectacular sunset views, seeing dolphins cruising the open waters, or watching your family play on the expansive beach.

Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The primary suite enjoys serene marsh and canal views and features a king bed, sofa, a dedicated office space, and access to the screened porch. The en suite bathroom includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet. The second and third bedrooms each offer king beds and en suite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. A full laundry room and a convenient half bath complete this level.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
