625 New Haven is a first-floor end unit with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy the stunning view of Hunting Island from the back deck. At high tide, the condo is about 15 feet from the water. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.

A new CopperChill King Mattress was added in May 2024, along with new dining room chairs and a coffee table. Enjoy the AMAZING view from the living room and dining room. The kitchen has a full-size oven, fridge, dishwasher and washer and dryer. There are 2 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Fully updated and tasteful furnishings! This property has one of the best views on the island!

Parking is provided in the parking garage under the New Haven facility. You may park in the space labeled 625NH or a guest spot.

The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. It is just steps away from the pool, golf course, and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area.

The View: Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle ocean breezes from your balcony. The ocean surrounds you, allowing easy access to the beach at low tide.

Your rental includes a 4-seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 2 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf course, Pro Shop, as well as pools, are right across the street. You'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Ended up staying an extra night we were having such a good time. Beautiful view! Condo was nice and spacious, kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I liked how the condo was one story so I didn’t have to worry about stairs, however there are stairs to get up from the underground parking garage. Just FYI. And the cart is not located at the condo, it’s at the cart rental place about a mile away. I just mention this for those that travel alone or with a small child like I do, so I had no way to get the cart to the condo other than walking or paying a 25 delivery fee. I ended up paying the 25 fee to get it delivered and picked back up when we left, so 50 total. Just something to know before you go. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay and will be back!

This was our first time to Fripp Island and it’s something special. I didn’t understand all the access cards and restaurants at first but I’m glad our condo came with golf cart and amenity cards, makes the experience and wouldn’t be the same without. The condo was perfect. To be able to sit on the covered porch and watch dolphins in the ocean was amazing. Great views and perfect size for our getaway for two. I hope to visit and stay here again.

Great View

The location of this condo on the inlet afforded a great opportunity to watch the dolphins. And watching the sunrise from the deck was spectacular.

Location

The location was perfect. Easy to park. Parking for golf cart. Access to the condo from the parking garage was so easy. View was spectacular! Easy to navigate around the island & find all the access points & interests. Everyone was so kind. Lovely weather & just a great experience all around. The island is beautiful. Sunsets are amazing! The bed in condo was a little on the stiff side for me. But it was comfortable & the entire condo was 10+ stars!!!!

Best views and beautiful interior

We are long term renters and stayed for the month of March. This condo has the best views of the whole complex. The kitchen is beautiful and living room is great. The bedroom is not, it needs a new bed. We have stayed here about three times and kept hoping the owner would get a new bed. We would stay longer in the future if the bed is better.
