Upon entry, you'll find an inviting main living area with an open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes seating for six, while an additional dining area and comfortable living room provide the perfect gathering space. A large wall-mounted smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities makes movie nights easy, and the convenient half bath is located on this level. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views, morning sunrises, and shaded afternoons while watching dolphins play offshore and pelicans glide overhead.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper level, along with a conveniently placed washer and dryer. Each bedroom includes its own TV with cable and streaming capabilities for added comfort and privacy.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and overlooks Newhaven's charming courtyard and features a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom offers two double beds and a cozy window seat with picturesque ocean views. Guests in this room have access to a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, and breathtaking ocean views. A large walk-in closet leads to the ensuite bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
