70 Davis Love is a 3 story 4-bedroom 3-bath home with an amazing marsh view. Located on the South end of Fripp Island on Davis Love Drive, this spacious property has 4 large decks offering marsh views from the back of the home and Ocean Creek Golf course views from the front. 70 Davis Love is a short golf cart ride to most points of interest on Fripp Island, including the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Cabana Club and pools and ocean access. This property will comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The property is thoughtfully decorated and designed with heart pine floors throughout. The primary bedroom on the main floor (2nd story) has a king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub. The kitchen, main living and dining area are also located on the main floor and flow seamlessly together to create the perfect environment for entertaining. This space is the main highlight of the home as it offers lovely marsh views and plenty of natural light.

Upstairs (3rd story) is another living area complete with a queen sleeper sofa, a pool table and a large deck with plenty of seating and a stunning view. The rest of the bedrooms are located on this floor. These bedrooms include the main guest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Another guest bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom tub/shower combo. Finally, the kids' room has 2 twins. There is a queen futon in the hallway upstairs as well.

Features of the home include a full-size oven with many features including air frying! Full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. 5 TVs in the property, 2 in the living rooms and 3 in the main bedrooms with your favorite streaming applications and high-speed wireless internet. Full size pool table in the upstairs living area. Garage access is included with the home to allow more room for parking/storage. To get into the garage go into the house first and go down the stairs to enter the garage and open the garage doors. Propane and charcoal grill included with the property.

4 large decks furnished with plenty of seating to take in the view. Take your pick for a marsh view in the back or an Ocean Creek Golf Course view in the front.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
