This was our 2nd time staying at 115 CJF. It’s a great location on the island, and the rental is comfortable. Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of space with our 3 kids, and our in-laws came for a few days too. I gave 4 stars because while the main areas of the rental were clean enough, the place as a whole is in need of a good deep cleaning. Couches were dirty, floors underneath couches and beds were filthy, trash cans dirty, etc. This unit was sold and is under different management than last year when we came. Last year we rented directly from owner on VRBO. Seems the place has not been kept up as well with new owners. Price has also increased significantly so while we love the location and space, we most likely will not be renting this unit again.
