Welcome to 136 Ocean Creek—your spacious coastal retreat overlooking the lush greens of the Fripp Island golf course. This beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 5-bath home blends relaxed Lowcountry charm with modern comforts, all wrapped in a serene off-white and blue coastal color scheme.

Step inside to an open-concept main level, where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow effortlessly together. The kitchen is designed for gathering and cooking with ease, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, and an island with seating for three. An adjacent eight-seat dining table provides ample room for meals and conversation.

The inviting living room offers a cozy sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just beyond, a screened porch with multiple seating areas frames peaceful golf course views, creating the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The main-level primary suite, located off the living room, features a king bed, deck access, and a spacious en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area.

A full laundry room and full bath are also conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs, guests will find four additional bedrooms:

A queen bedroom with a private en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo

Two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath

A generous family bedroom with one queen bed plus two twin-over-queen bunks, complete with its own en suite bath offering a double vanity and walk-in shower

Additional amenities include a garage, a gas grill, and easy access to all the activities and natural beauty that make Fripp Island so special. One golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 16 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
