Located in John Fripp Villas, The Lone Palm is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa located beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean with direct beach access. This unit will comfortably accommodate up to 8.

The Lone Palm is an end unit with plenty of windows and new furnishings. Features include a newly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. This 1st floor unit has a large living room with new furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and stove. A laundry area with a new washer and new dryer is located in the hall between the bedrooms.

The large bedrooms give you room to breathe and privacy when needed with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and a step-in shower. The guest bedroom next door has a queen and twin bed with a tub shower combo. The final bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a walk in shower.
