My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the screened in deck relaxing and watching nature. The location was perfect and close to the ocean, pools, and the pickleball courts.This was our first visit to Fripp and I am certain we will return. Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo was great but We really enjoyed the location of the property. The dock was just outside our unit where my son fished and we met some of the local deer population. Right across the street was the Beach Club which had access to the beach among other amenities we certainly took advantage of. We would absolutely stay here again. The condo had everything my family needed for our visit.

The condo has been recently updated and was spotless and had everything we needed to launch our stay. The view was very nice and the location smack dab in the middle of the island made it easy to get anywhere....we did not rent a golf cart but instead walked or biked pretty much anywhere. There is beach access right across the street. Wont be our last trip to Fripp!

Crab Bait is a well appointed property with comfy furnishings in a great location. Great view of the marsh, across from Beach Club and short walk to beach. Especially appreciate that we could bring our dog to such a nice condo. Carol was very proactive in helping us remedy a noise issue during our stay which was much appreciated.

This condo is so comfortable and furnished beautifully! Great view of marsh and short walk to beach ( right across the street). Everything looks new. Great pots and pans, etc. Comfy beds. Beach chairs and towels furnished. That really have thought of everything you need. And it’s dog friendly. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals I have stayed in. Truly enjoyed this rental.Will be back.

Carol’s condo was fantastic. The unit was clean and looks even better in person as compared to the photos. The marsh view is lovely and the screened in porch makes it a great place for morning coffee or sunsets with no bugs. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and cooking necessities for meal prep since the Island food options can be somewhat limited. The location is perfect. Right next to the pickleball and tennis courts and across the street from the Beach Club restaurant, Island Bites fast food, adult pool, and pool bar. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to check out all the different beach accesses (which have golf cart parking but no car parking). Less than 10 min drive to both golf courses. We would absolutely stay again. It was the perfect option for the two of us and our dog (60 lb chocolate lab).

Comfortable and relaxing escape from fast paced city life. The condo had all the amenities needed to make home cooked meals. Our 13 year old dog slept outside on the deck in the cool night air. Something for everyone.

We loved the location of the condo. The back deck allowed us to feel remote while all the action was just outside the front door. Our kids loved the fishing dock in the back and we enjoyed the recommendations in our packet. Only drawback were the steps in/out. I probably missed this on the listing - I read ‘main floor’ but will note there are 7-8 steep stairs. We had a handicap child with us, but we figured it out.

Our stay was wonderful. This rental has everything you need. It was very clean and open. We liked how easy it was to do some laundry. The beds were very comfy! We loved the outdoor patio and that leads to out back where the grills are. The view is gorgeous. It was overall a wonderful stay and we’d love to go back to this place.

We stayed in this villa last year for our annual family trip and loved it so much that we came back again this year! As always, Carol was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The condo is beautiful, well stocked with all the essentials and is in a prime location. It's within walking distance of one pool, pickle ball & tennis courts and a short golf cart drive to the beach and other pools. Thanks again for another great stay!

We have been visiting Fripp for 15 years now and this was definitely one of our favorite properties. It was super clean and newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. The washer and dryer as well as all of the appliances were very nice. The Marsh views were spectacular from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach only required our beach cart loaded and pulled across the street(we hardly drove our rented golf cart). Everything was wonderful. Bonita boathouse was not as good Friday night. (same issue since covid...not enough staff and food was not good) I would like to note however that the other 2 times we went there it was good.

Property is as advertised, great location in the middle of the island secluded but yet inclusive. The beach access is across the street along with the main pools and the sandbar "daiquiri bar" . The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, first floor unit with minimal steps (79 year old mother had no problems). Views from the back enclosed and screened deck of the marshes were fabulous! Carol quickly answered all of our questions and was extremely responsive. Can not wait until our next stay!

We can't say enough positive about this property and Fripp. Impeccably clean upon arrival. Stocked with all the accoutrements that we needed for cooking, beach pleasure and relaxing. The view of the marsh is amazing. We saw egrets, herons, eagles, dolphin, and yes, deer right from the back deck...Location is excellent as we had an amazing view of the marsh and the ocean, pool, food court, business center and Beach Club less than a 2 minute walk away. Already planning next years' visit.

This was our first time on Fripp Island and we enjoyed it. The host, Carol, is prompt in communicating, which is more involved than usual because, as part of a resort, you have to decide whether or not to get activity cards and if you'd like to rent a golf cart. The unit itself is on the ground floor of a building adjacent to the pickle ball courts. The bedrooms are in the back facing the courts; noise was minimal and not a problem for us. The rest of the unit is oriented toward the marsh view which is splendid. There is a screened deck with seating for three, where we spent a lot of our time, eating meals, watching birds and the changing light on the marshland throughout the day. The walk to the ocean beach takes maybe 10 minutes, mostly because a lot of the dunes/marshland have been left intact and the beach itself is so broad. As birdwatchers we expected to make several visits to Hunting Island State Park which is just across the bridge from Fripp. However, we soon decided that the opportunities on Fripp were just as good, so we didn't bother. One highlight: flocks of hundreds of cedar waxwings feeding on the ripe palmetto berries. (Be careful where you park). I have no doubt that as the weather gets warmer, there must be a lot more activity on Fripp. The restaurants will be open, more people golfing, kayaking, beaches more crowded. At that time, the usefulness of having a golf cart might be more apparent as there are more places where golf carts are allowed to park. But in February, it looked to me like it's just for fun.

We were contacted and told we could check in early, arrived to find a bottle of wine and a beautiful gift encouraging us to enjoy our stay. Will definitely return to this property again. The home offered everything we needed for a family get away. It is centrally located and easy to get to everything on the island. The golf cart was a must for easy accessaiblty. The kids loved the heated pool on the island and watching sun sets on the beach. Parking was convienet and close to the home. We had a small issue with the washing machine and the owners were able to come by to assist with finding a repair. Would recommend for a fun family get away.

This was the very best VRBO experience I've had. Everything in the condo was as described. The decor and furnishings were new and clean. The linens and towels were fresh and nice. Carol was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and all though this was “off season” it had everything in a vacation spot we wanted! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Girls weekend - me..daughter and friend - perfect location - super clean unit - decor is comfy yet trendy - everything you need for relaxation at the beach. We had a fantastic last minute Labor Day getaway at this unit. It’s recently been updated, is well decorated, super clean and comfortable. It is well stocked with necessities and offered a great home base for our stay on Fripp. The owner was super communicative and a pleasure to work with. This was a great place to stay! The inside is totally redone and absolutely amazing. It is a fantastic location located across the street from Beach club and the pool and beach access. We had a great time and everything was wonderful. The owners were extremely responsive.

I don’t have better things to stay about the property owners!! We got a call an hour before our arrival time telling us that the AC unit went out. In about 2 hours they not only found us a new place to stay, but they also refunded our entire trip for the inconvenience!! We did end up hanging out at the property for about 20 minutes and I must stay it’s better than the pictures. The condo is truly adorable and very clean. I was sad we couldn’t stay there but we will most definitely rent this condo again. Fripp is the best!! We seriously can’t thank these sisters enough!

This was my family’s first visit to Fripp and we couldn't have been happier. The back porch overlooking the creek is a great spot to hang out. We got a lot of use out of the stocked kitchen. The condo is steps from tennis courts, and just a few minutes walk to the pool and beach.

These sisters have style! Our 15 y/o walked in and said it looked like a Pinterest board (for those that know what that is). The villa is exactly as described - brand new everything - super clean and has everything you need for comfort, to make a meal, and relax. True story - we have needed a new mattress for our home and we hate mattress shopping - we bought the same one in the Master - it was that comfy. Villa is a quick walk to beach and centrally located . Carol was a great host - we had a couple of changes last minute and she was quick to respond and accommodate us. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great weekend!
