Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with an en-suite bathroom, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony complete with a bistro table and two chairs—ideal for soaking in the views and ocean breeze.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature two full-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. The left bedroom has a step-in shower, and the right bedroom has a tub shower combo, along with access to the laundry room. A shared deck extends the living space outdoors, perfect for enjoying the island’s tranquil surroundings.

Features of the property include new furniture, bedding and paint. The property is thoughtfully decorated with an ocean theme. High speed wireless internet along with smart tv's in every room (4) allow you to access your favorite streaming applications. Sling TV Cable Television is included with the rental of this property. It is logged in on all tv's. Full size washer and dryer along with a gas grill located near the entrance sitting area. The kitchen includes full size appliances with an icemaker in the fridge, along with an air fryer, crock pot, blender, mixer, Keurig and drip coffee machine.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
