Escape to the coast at this beautiful two-story retreat, perfectly tucked on a private, oversized lot with stunning canal and marsh-front views framed by majestic live oaks. With five inviting porches, this home is made for enjoying sunsets, watching wildlife, and simply soaking in the natural beauty of Fripp Island.

The first floor features a bright, open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and main living room. The updated kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances—including a wine cooler—and a cozy two-seat island, perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. Two living rooms on this level each offer expansive windows with marsh views, while the primary living room includes a TV with cable and streaming services. Off the main living space, a quiet nook with panoramic marsh views makes a perfect spot to read, relax, or just take in the scenery. On the first floor is a queen bedroom with a streaming TV, private balcony, and attached bathroom with a shower-tub combo with convenient hallway access.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, streaming TV, walk-in closet, private balcony with uninterrupted marsh views, and a large ensuite bathroom with a drop-in tub, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, double vanity, and private water closet. Two additional bedrooms upstairs include a queen bed in one and a bunk with trundle in the other. Both have streaming TVs, private balconies, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower-tub combo. A laundry room with a top-load washer and front-load dryer is also conveniently located upstairs.

Outside, the front yard opens up to sweeping marsh views—a perfect spot for friends and family to gather. The garage is accessible from both the interior and exterior. The location couldn't be better: just three minutes from Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Love Park, the marina, and Island Bites. Beach Access 21 is the closest way to the 24-hour beach and is only two minutes away, making sun, sand, and surf just a short stroll from your door.

Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other amazing animals. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Great layout and location!
Overall, loved the house and layout, location, loved that you still have gravel roads of the main roads, check in and check out was easy and no hassle, good communication leading up to the visit, etc. I would rent this house again.

Quiet and Scenic!
This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we loved it. There is something for everyone from beach combing to kayaking to golfing to pickleball. We really enjoyed the animals. We brought bikes and had fun biking the island. In terms of this rental, the location was wonderful: quiet and scenic. The house is bright and comfortable. The main living area is very nice with wonderful windows. The kitchen is spacious. Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids was very comfortable. We would stay again.

Great House
362 Speckled Trout is a great house with fantastic views and in a great location (mid-island). It was clean and comfortable. I would rent again but prefer a house with garage access for bikes etc.
