Welcome to 375 Sea Bass, a beautifully appointed 3-bed, 2.5-bath marshfront retreat just a 5-minute walk (or quick golf cart ride) to beach access. This pet-friendly home includes a 4-seat golf cart and up to 9 guest amenity cards—making it easy to enjoy sunny beach days, pools, golf, dining, and everything Fripp Island has to offer.
Inside, the main floor features a spacious king suite with ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen plus twin-over-twin bunk—share a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room with a daybed and trundle adds extra space for guests. All bedrooms include large smart TVs.
The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen that makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy, and a full laundry room adds convenience.
Outdoor living shines in spring and summer, with front and back porches perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. The screened-in porch—complete with TV and fireplace table—is ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Grill on the gas grill or smoker, unwind by the marshfront fire pit under the lights, or rinse off after the beach in the private outdoor hot/cold shower.
The 2-car garage is stocked with everything you need for fun-filled days: bikes, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, boo375 SBgie boards, racquets, and more. Whether you're at the beach, on the golf course, or exploring the island, 375 Sea Bass is the perfect home base.
Your four-legged family members are welcome (with an additional pet fee), so everyone can enjoy the getaway together.
As the island comes alive in the warmer months, everything you need is right nearby. Spend your days at the beach, lounging by the pools, or enjoying tennis, pickleball, dining, shopping, and ice cream at the Beach Club. In the other direction, explore the marina, golf courses, and Bonito Boathouse. From biking and boating to fishing and wildlife watching, there’s something for everyone.

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

The house was nice, a bit on the older side but nice. The welcoming to the island was so disappointing, i got issued 2 tickets of total $600, that were lowered as a "courtesy" to $100. Even thou the ladies that helped at the front desk were very welcoming and kind, to me the whole island welcoming at almost 2 am was what ruined my whole visit. I was very happy even after driving for 5 hrs from charlotte to the island to drop off my son and puppies, to drive to savannah airport to pick my family to go back to the island(another 3 hrs) A security stopped me when we first got to the island, minding there was fog and i was driving very well under the limit, he claimed i was speeding and passed a stop sign, as he was taking my info my sister on the other car stopped behind him to wait for me, and he went and issued another ticket telling her she was also speeding and passed the stop sign. How he saw that, i dont know🤔 well, thank you for ruining the Joy of picking up my new Marine!
