On the main level, two comfortable bedrooms await, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and deck access. As well as a guest room featuring a queen-sized bed and twin day bed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the wonders of Fripp Island's flora and fauna, with a large front yard and fenced backyard providing plenty of room to roam. This home is pet-friendly. The backyard oasis includes a spacious deck, a screened porch complete with an outdoor TV, dining table, and ample seating, as well as a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. *Note with gators in the water, it isn't safe to swim, boat or fish in Blue Heron Lake. There are plenty of other places on the island to do those activities.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 14 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
