524 Sunsuite is a cozy efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, Arcade, and Retail Shops. This second-floor studio is ideal for guests looking to enjoy Fripp's many amenities while being within easy walking distance of the beach.

The unit features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a 4-burner electric stovetop, a stainless steel convection oven, a dorm-size stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single vanity, and a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located within the unit.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
