The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and opens to a dining area that seats eight. Just beyond the dining room is a cozy bonus sitting room featuring a large TV and a pull-out futon that converts to a twin bed, providing additional sleeping space for a child or extra guest.

Step outside and enjoy the home’s inviting outdoor living spaces. The private deck offers dining for six and comfortable lounge seating with peaceful golf course views—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach or on the course. The courtyard provides a convenient space to rinse off after the beach and includes access to a gas/charcoal grill.

The main living room is perfect for gathering, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a wet bar with a mini refrigerator for added convenience.

The thoughtfully designed layout provides both privacy and flexibility for families and groups. On the main level, you'll find two guest bedrooms. One features a queen bed with a twin trundle and an abundance of windows that fill the room with natural light. The second guest room offers a king bed and convenient access to a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. You can also close off this bathroom to create a private ensuite for the king bedroom.

The lower level features a private guest suite with a king bed that can easily be converted into two twin beds, making it an excellent option for kids or friends traveling together. This room includes its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct courtyard access.

Occupying the upper level, the private primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with abundant natural light and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island covering about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
