The well-decorated Primary Bedroom features a king-size bed, accompanied by a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and an expansive view of the Atlantic, creating a tranquil haven for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom offers two XL twin beds, ensuring ample space for all guests. Each bedroom is accompanied by a private full bath for added convenience. The family room is also equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of island exploration.

Nestled within the quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village, the Village of Newhaven offers a beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with a grilling area, providing an inviting space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
