637 Newhaven is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located at the northern end of Fripp Island. As an end unit, the condo has additional windows that bring in plenty of natural light and provide ocean views from throughout the home. The property accommodates up to four guests.

The main living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Large windows throughout the living and dining areas keep the water in view while you're inside. Step onto the balcony for outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic and Fripp Inlet.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is equipped with updated appliances, cookware, dishes, and the basics needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area sits beside the windows, providing another spot to enjoy the ocean views.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, ocean views, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds, ocean views, and its own private full bathroom. A half bathroom is also available off the main living area.

637 Newhaven is located within the Village of Newhaven, an oceanfront community near Ocean Point on the north end of the island. The community includes a landscaped central courtyard with a shared grilling area and outdoor gathering spaces.

Up to four Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many of the Resort's amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

The condo is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. For groceries and additional supplies, Springtide Market & Deli is located near the entrance to the island.

**About Fripp Island**

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.

Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds. From Newhaven's location at the northern end of the island, guests may also spot dolphins and other marine life in the surrounding waters.

Please note that some Resort amenities and hours of operation vary by season. The Village of Newhaven does not allow pets.
