860 Sabal Court

860 Sabal Court is a three-bedroom, two-bath marsh-view home located on the north end of Fripp Island. Tucked into a cul-de-sac, the home accommodates up to eight guests and features a large screened porch, an outdoor deck, a renovated kitchen, and views of the surrounding marsh. A nearby boardwalk provides another way to get out and enjoy the marsh and Harbor River area.

The living room provides plenty of seating for the group, along with a large Roku TV. Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and take advantage of the marsh views. Each bedroom and the living room have their own mini-split heating and cooling unit, allowing guests to adjust the temperature in individual rooms.

The renovated kitchen features marble countertops, a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, countertop ice maker, and the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area is located nearby, keeping the main gathering spaces together.

The primary bedroom has a king-size Sleep Number bed, large windows overlooking the marsh, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size Sleep Number bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms have tub and shower combinations.

One of the main features of the home is the large screened-in porch overlooking the marsh. It is fully furnished with plenty of seating and provides a comfortable outdoor space for meals, morning coffee, or spending time together. Just outside the screened porch, the open deck offers additional seating and a gas grill.

The home is pet-friendly for dogs, so guests can bring their dog along for their stay.

A four-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with the rental. Please note that the separate golf cart located in the backyard belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use. The included rental cart makes it easy to get to the beach, pools, restaurants, marina, golf courses, and other areas around the island.

Up to eight Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.

Wildlife is common throughout the island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds. The marsh setting at 860 Sabal Court provides plenty of opportunities to watch local wildlife right from the screened porch and deck.
