Message in a Bottle Scavenger Hunt

Join us for a 6-day scavenger hunt during Turtle Week, beginning Sunday, June 14!

Captain Fripp has lost several messages in bottles around the island, and we need your help finding them. Search the Fripp Island Resort Member Areas for a hidden message in a bottle. If you find one, bring it to the Nature Center to help us solve a riddle and claim your prize. Important Details: Bottles will be hidden in Fripp Island Resort Member Areas only. Prizes are available only to Fripp Island Resort members and registered guests who return a bottle. Limit one winner per household during the week. Once a bottle is claimed, a new one will be hidden for the next day of the hunt. Turtle Week Prize: A beautiful turtle glass medallion!

Turtle Week: CSI Sea Turtle Kids Night Out
 Friday, June 19 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Adults need a night out? Drop your kids off for a fun night of scientific investigation! Oh no! A loggerhead sea turtle has washed up on Fripp dead! Join our naturalist in a CSI-style investigation to determine the culprit! We will talk about sea turtle conservation, the threats they face, and how we, as humans, can protect them! Kids will participate in a mock necropsy, do a turtle-themed craft, and play fun turtle-themed games!
